It’s Time to Collaborate (Part 2)
We’re on a mission to make the world better, together.
That’s why we send newsletters on How to Meet Practitioners, write blogs on Client Confidentiality, offer sample Consent forms for you to use, host monthly Live Demos to help you write client notes...and so on and so forth.
These aren’t sexy topics. But they’re the ones that get collaboration done.
And we’re all about collaboration, i.e. different practitioners working together on a shared client to attend to their comprehensive wellbeing.
Here’s the next part of ‘What Does Collaboration Involve? – Part 1’ We’re re-printing the list, along with specifics on how Coherent Health can help:
Meet + maintain relationships with practitioners from different modalities (to grow your referral network). Visit the Practitioner Directory and choose a practitioner to ‘Invite to Connect.’ Read about who they are and what they do, you may learn something interesting
Learn which practitioners to work with (from your network). Start a chat with a practitioner in your network. Learn about them 🎓 Who they are, who inspires them, what they offer, and how they work with clients. Want a leg up? Check out other practitioners in your network to see who their trusted connections are.
Create and organize information to share (before you need to share it). Start recording client information so it’s there to refer to. Your mind is marvelous...but notes help record details over time you won’t remember otherwise. We offer 3 different ways to do it!
Communicate this information (confidentially + with consent). Through your client’s profile, add a collaborator with a click. Don’t want to share notes but still want to dialogue, ask questions, co-plan...collaborate? Chat on our confidential platform. Confidential, because that’s how client health information should be treated 🙏
If you’re ready to get this new-health-paradigm party started: choose one item from the list and do it on the platform. Then do it again. And again. Yes, it’ll take some time and effort but it’s that whole thing Ghandi said:
‘If we could change ourselves, the tendencies in the world would also change. As a man changes his own nature, so does the attitude of the world change towards him.’
We want to change care. Make it comprehensive, collaborative. And we can’t do it without you and your modality!
